Despatch of goods

Goods are despatched as soon as possible.  The delivery service you select at checkout does not necessarily mean your goods will be despatched sooner.

Delivery of goods

Please report discrepancies as soon as possible and within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Faulty items

If your item is faulty, we’re happy to offer you an exchange or a refund within 30 days of purchase or delivery.   You must allow us to inspect the goods to confirm any reported faults by testing.

If more than 30 days have passed since purchase or delivery, we may be able to repair your faulty item, provided it is still within its guarantee period (normally 12 months from purchase).

Please bear in mind, we don’t offer exchanges, refunds, or repairs if your item is faulty due to accidental damage, neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Changed your mind?

If you purchased a non-personalised item, you can return these items within 14 days even if you have opened it for inspection.  It must be returned as new and in its original packaging.

If the product you ordered includes "coding to vehicle" this service is a personalised service which involves computer programming of the item to your vehicles serial number or of your vehicles feature set in order for it to correctly operate in your vehicle.  In this case you can still return your item but a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund value.
